Chef Michael brings over 15 years of combined restaurant experience. Everything is prepared fresh daily from local and imported sources.
In 2002, Chef Michael owned Anatolia, the first licensed Turkish restaurant in Atlantic Canada with an authentic charcoal grill. He then opened Troy Restaurant in Wolfville, Nova Scotia.
Chef Michael is back again to Downtown Halifax with Smyrna, which he describes to be a unique dining experience that transports guests to the stunning city of Smyrna in Turkey.
